Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Partial refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:

The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing components for reasons not caused by PrikPot.

Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the outcome of your request.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment channel within a few business days.
Exchanges
Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.

Returns Shipping
Please send returned products to the fulfilment address listed on your delivery documentation.
Patients are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
For added security, we recommend using a traceable delivery service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
